Starlings-Rock! Why?

Why?

They just don’t get much respect.

They represent to me the details that life holds in the unexpected places. A source of joy and wonder and a reminder that such joy is imbued in all life around us and the world which supports that life.

Check out these two links, the first is the Macaulay Library from The Cornell Ornithology Lab to show all the colors and stars these guys really have.

I also plan to include my gratitudes in my posts. I have agreed to send (generally) 5 things I am grateful for that day. I’ve decided to include them in my posts because I’m very grateful for starlings and I don’t want to overlook the myriad of other reasons I have for gratitude each day.
